Fran Hauser joins Rothenberg Ventures and says she hopes to invest largely in startups with female founders. Theresia Gouw Ranzetta, Jennifer Fonstad, Aileen Lee, Cindy Padnos, and Kristen Green have each started their own funds. These are only some of the names of women in venture capital who are bringing diversity to an industry in dire need of it.
So over the last month as I've read a steady stream of media attention about women in the venture capital world, I've appreciated the diversity of perspectives - each unique but all clamoring and fighting for change.
